Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Every original artwork and Fine Art edition is carefully prepared and packaged in my Berlin studio.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the goods. If an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or post.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the Withdrawal button available on this website. If you use this online function, you will promptly receive an acknowledgment by email confirming the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal declaration.
I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Reimbursement will be made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without any reimbursement fee.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing me of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition.

Please use secure, protective packaging suitable for original artworks and Fine Art editions.
I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and retaining proof of dispatch.
If your artwork was accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, please include it with your return.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact me at contact@manueladesimone.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Photographs of the artwork and its packaging can help resolve shipping damage claims efficiently.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected. Where required by law, I will bear the necessary costs of resolving the issue.
